My K1 visa has expired. And I just married somebody else.What shoud I do to become legal here?
My K1 visa has expired about 4 years ago. He didn't treat me good, so I had to leave him. I couldn't go back to my country ( Indonesia ) because I didn't have money. Now while I was working to make money to go back to Indonesia I met and fell in love with this guy ( US citizen ) who is my husband now. Now I want to start the process to become legal. How do I start? What do I need? And what are the chances that I have to go back? Thank You.

You cannot adjust status in the US. You will have obtain an immigrant visa at a US embassy/consulate. To begin your husband should file an immigrant visa petition (form I-130) for you. For the form, instructions and other info see uscis.gov. http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis
