I think recent disasters helped me understand "YOU CANNOT SERVE GOD AND MONEY?"?
Matthew 24:6 "No one can serve two masters. Either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and Money." For years I struggled to understand how you could live your life devoted to making money and DESPISE/HATE GOD. But after seeing the destruction from the Philippines Typhoons, Earthquakes in Indonesia , and the Tsunami in Samoa in just a matter of days, I think I have a better understanding... right? If you spend your life chasing after money and possessions (Jesus said its near impossible to be rich and go to heaven, and to leave everything behind and serve him), then one day a flood, earthquake or tsunami comes and takes everything you own and worked your life to achieve... you will weep and mourn over your loss and despise God (possibly without knowing) that you lost all your money and possessions. So if you serve money and are in love with possessions and riches you are bound to despise the day its all taken away from you (and God in doing so). But if you instead spend your life serving God there is no need to want riches because even though you have nothing you have spiritual riches and riches in heaven stored up. Because all worldly things can be taken away at any time, but heavenly riches you cannot lose! I'm sure there is more to it then just this, and this was just one way to put it.... but what do you think makes sense right?

Even Atheists like me need to know to not serve money. Being rich isn't about serving money... It's about letting your money serve you. If your church or bible says the being rich is a sin or is a bad thing, then they are completely wrong. The more money you make, the more good you can do in the world. If you only want to make enough to keep yourself comfortable then you're just selfish. If you feel that it's not selfish, then look at all the starving children around the world. Being rich isn't bad. Serving money is.

What is the most suited part time job for a college student like me?
I'm currently a student in a university at Indonesia... And you know this university is really sucking my money... So i thinking bout getting some part time job to help my single mom Sio help me guys... What part time jobs that pay well... O yeah, maybe some other way to make some money?haha.. Although i believe we have to work to get some money...

i suggest trying to get a position in the same field that you are studying in so that when you graduate you will have an advantage of experience. I am unsure what you are studying so can't give any specific tips for the field. A lot of companies will be really supportive with part time work that fits around your school timetable. Otherwise there is always bar work

Today’s monetary system uses ‘paper’ to make ‘money’. That is a manifest fraud! Artificial money is quite different from real money. Real money has intrinsic value, while paper money has none. Its only value is that conferred upon it by market forces. Its market value will last only for as long as, and to the extent that, there is public confidence in it and demand for it in the market. Demand is itself based on confidence, and confidence is something that can be manipulated (as Malaysia’s Prime Minister has now recognized, and as Indonesia has recognized too late). So long as governments controlled the so-called free-currency markets, they could intervene to protect public confidence. If there is a collapse of paper money what will happen? is it possible for such an event to occur? will the banks benefit from such a dramatic event?

what do I have to do if I want to marry a girl from Indonesia?
I am from America, but I am in love with a girl from Indonesia. what do I have to do and where do I have to go to make this happen? how much money will that cost? who do I pay? any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated!!! :) thank you in advance. she and her family are all Christians and so am I. they dont mind if she marries me. they like me. her culture is different, but unlike cultures get married all of the time.

youre leaving out important and vital things. what religion is she? do her parents believe in arranged marriages? how different is her culture from ours? Does she live here all ready? if she does its simple. if not I would suggest checking out their customs over there and marrying her to bring her back over here. it will cost more in the long run to bring her here, get her a green card, then marry her. Also its not the dark ages so im assuming you dont just pay the parents for the woman anymore. You really ought to study the culture more to find out. cuz after all if you get married this culture will be your childrens culture as well. as far as that goes thats the best advice i can give you. google indonesian marriage customs and im sure you might find out some things. good luck
