How much money did GE make in putting their reactors in tsunami/earthquake zones? Why didn't GE fix the risk?
... since the massive tsunami hit Indonesia on Dec 26, 2004? Is it because GE could simply buy ownership of 0bama instead of doing the decent thing ---- which would have been to address the tsunami risk far better than they did ?

All of Japan is an earthquake zone. The reactors could handle that. It was an unimaginable tsunami that no one could have anticipated. Regardless, GE still sucks.

I need some ways to make money by summer?
I need some ways to make money by summer?
Eery summer my family and me take a trip to Indonesia which is where my mother is from. I really wanna go because I miss my family so much and I would like to help my parents pat for the tickets. I know I can't do much but my dad is in some troubles. But even if it was only 100 It would help a little bit. Socim 12 years old. And I'm not really sure how to make money. :) thanks. Oh and I suck at saving....

If you suck at saving then that is something you will have to work on yourself. So it depends, are you really wanting to earn that money for your family and have the willpower to not spend it? If so, then you are in luck. You can always try baby sitting, everyone always needs a sitter. Spread the word around to your neighbors or put a post on Craigslist.org that you are able to sit for people. Do you know any pack rats that could use some organization help or household cleaning? Don't be afraid to offer. Or, you could always try dog sitting and daily walking for people who may not be home for their pets. Best of luck!

How would I make money off of borrowing money from Japan and investing in another country with high interest?
I have a relative in Japan. His mother-in-law wanted to sell a couple of her homes and put the money in bank accounts that have higher interest rates abroad. Is this legal? and how should she go about it? Which country would be ideal to invest in? Indonesia? Philippines? Malaysia?

That would depend upon Japanese law, a subject of which I have no knowledge whatsoever. However, one guideline is pretty much universal: The higher the rate of return, the higher the risk involved.

Sure it's legal. However (and this is important), your return on investment must take into account BOTH the interest on the investment and the exchange rate between the two countries. If you are in Japan and want to invest in the US, you first have to exchange yen for dollars at the current exchange rate, then invest the dollars. Eventually, you will have to convert the dollars (principal and interest) back into yen at whatever the exchange rate is at the time you convert back. You would earn the higher interest rate, but you could either lose or make money on the exchange of currencies.

I'm just a 15 years old kid from Indonesia with no knowledge of earning money online, and I am not suitable for physical jobs like doing chores and something like that. but maybe.. I can use the Internet to make some money, so.. any guide or advice anyone?
