Illinois Bar Application Obama fails to acknowledge use of names other than Barack Hussein Obama, a blatant lie. If Obama can prove U.S. citizenship, we still have the issue of muti-citizenship with responsibilities owed to and allegance to other countries. Berg continued: Eighteen million Democratic Primary voters donated money, volunteered their time and energy, worked very hard and then not only supported Senator Clinton, but voted for her and often recruited other supporters as well. All the efforts of supporters of legitimate citizens were for nothing because this man lied and cheated his way into a fraudulent candidacy and cheated legitimately eligible natural born citizens from competing in a fair process and the supporters of their citizen choice for the nomination. Voters donated money, goods and services to elect a nominee and were defrauded by Senator Obama's lies and obfuscations. He clearly shows a conscience of guilt by his actions in using the forged birth certificate and the lies he's told to cover his loss of citizenship. We believe he does know, supported this belief by his actions in hiding his secret, in that he failed to regain his citizenship and used documents to further his position as a natural born citizen. We would also show he proclaims himself a Constitutional scholar and lecturer, but did not learn he had no eligibility to become President except by means of lying, obfuscations and deceptions. His very acts proves he knew he was no longer a natural born citizen. We believe he knew he was defrauding the country or else why use the forged birth certificate of his half sister? Americans lost money, goods and services donated in their support of a candidate who supposedly was a natural born citizen simply because the DNC officers and party leaders looked the other way and did not demand credentials to answer the questions and prove whether or not Senator Obama was a legitimately natural born citizen, even in light of recent information that has surfaced on websites on the Internet suggesting Senator Obama may not be eligible to become President and questioning his status of multiple citizenships and questionable loyalties! If the DNC officers and.or leaders had performed one ounce of due diligence we would not find ourselves in this emergency predicament, one week away from making a person the nominee who has lost their citizenship as a child and failed to even perform the basic steps of regaining citizenship through an oath of allegiance at age eighteen [18] as prescribed by Constitutional laws! The injunctrive relief must be granted because failing to do so, this inaction defrauds everyone who voted in the Democratic Primary for a nominee that is a fair representation of the voters. Failure to grant injunctive relief would allow a corrupted, fraudulent nomination process to continue. It not only allows, but promotes an overwhelming degree of disrespect and creates such a lack of confidence in voters of the primary process itself, so that it would cement a prevailing belief that no potential candidate has to obey the laws of this country, respect our election process, follow the Constitution, or even suffer any consequence for lying and defrauding voters to get onto the ballot when they have no chance of serving if they fraudulently manage to get elected! It is unfair to the country for candidates of either party to become the nominee when there is any question of their ability to serve if elected. We will find out on Dec 1st what the Supreme Court says. The original case was dismissed because the court said that nobody has the "right" to question a candidates citizenship and demand proof of it.

Yep, and the suit was dismissed as being frivolous back in October, bet they did not update to that info. Hawaiian officials also checked the birth certificate and found it real and correct. Don't forget the nutty AG who said until his death that the JFK assassination was a homosexual CIA plot. Just cause a AG gets elected does not mean he is not self serving or nuts. They are politicians first and foremost, good lawyers last.

Nothing - Obama has produced his birth certificate months ago. As for the dual citizenship - there is no basis to believe Obama has dual citizenship (going to school in a country for four years does not generally get you that country's citizenship) but even if he did - there is nothing whatsoever preventing a president having dual citizenship. Please remember the last high profile law suit this lunatic brought was to sue George Bush for being behind 9/11

if career as musician is really hard to make money, then why so many people still want to be a musician?
I've just talked with a friend of mine, he had just started to pursue a Solo carer , because he loves music very much, just like me, but unfortunately, and rather sadly, just this afternoon, he poured all his heart that , as I quoted from him, "being musician in indonesia is just f*ckin hard & doesn't make sense! it's just so dirty often, and hard to get recognized, and with piracy running rampant, greedy labels, very low purchasing-power from still-poor people in the mainstream, etc etc" , and he's even thinking of just concentrating in the business-aspect , not the artistic-side anymore in the music "industry". He's planning to just start a label & draw new artists,....instead of following his TRUE passion to become a full-time musician! so then, i start asking myself this: if career as musician is really hard to make money, then why so many people still want to be a musician ?? why? what do you think? do you think these people (musicians) are probably just 'naive' people who don't know that it's a cruel cruel world in a music, no, actually, music-business world. 'cuz often there're more to it than only making good & creative tunes. this i've unfortunately & pitifully learned at least in my corrupt country, Indonesia, where sadly, music is just another corrupt tool. and that's why no wonder a lot of musicians/bands are just poor, & even some really great/talented ones is lacking so much appreciations from mainstream people, instead, many people generally only prefer for 'stupid' songs/music as long with good looks, and many other artificial/fake things! and i'm sure the situation is no different even in advanced countries like U.S, Europe, Japan, etc. many people are just plain stupid, don't understand 'good music' from 'bad music' , and most big-players in the so-called "music-business" are all crooked and greedy, all they think is only money, not enhancing/supporting their artists/bands!! with all of these sad things above, i've recently often wondered & kept wondering, is there still any point for any person, no matter how talented or even multi-talented or passionate he/she is at music, to pursue career as a musician (and espcially, FULL-time musician) ? are they just out of their mind? but the Reality seems to speak differently: there are surprisingly an increasing amount of musicians (ie: bands, usually "indie" bands)! why is this? what is the reasons for they kept wanting to be a musician?

I didn't read your whole question, but there are a few things that make people want to be musicians. 1.) They think they'll make it big someday and be rich and famous and 2.) they love to play music and want to do it full time.

Playing music for the money means you lost touch of being a true musician. It is not about the money. I play for the excitement of playing in front of people, I like talking to the crowd I bring it, I like doing stuff for them. Most of all I like to share my music with people. I could careless if I made money doing it or not. All I care about is sharing what I compose with everyone. I also hope to inspire other musicians to challenge themselves to be a better musician than I am. Being famous is not for me. Being Rich, I do not care if I am rich or not. I still go home to a 4 bedroom house with one bathroom, kitchen living room and dining room. I sit on an old couch, and sleep on the same bed I have used in high school. The plus side to all the music is I get free stuff for playing, I get to record for free, I get to share my feelings without being labeled emo or emotional. The second I hit the stage and play the first number and hear my crowd cheer I feel all fuzzy inside knowing these people could be at home doing drugs or getting in trouble but they much rather stay out of that to listen to my words. Any musician who plays just to become famous and become rich really was never a musician, just a poser who wants to make a quick buck. I seen so many bands get together and break up after their first or second CD because money gotte to them. The money I make goes to making the show better for the fans not driving a new car or living in a house that is so damn big I can get lost inside. Play from the heart, Play from the soul, Hard work always makes the reward more filling to you. And understanding what it means to be a musician will just incress your love for music even more. I love my fans, I love where I am at. Weather I sell 1 CD next year, or 1 million CDs. That does not matter. Me having fun, and playing just to play is what makes the lime light more worth while.

I have been a full-time professional in music since 1971 - so has my husband, and now my son and his wife also are in the business. We all have multiple degrees from fine s conservatories and universities, To ALLOW us to perform what we want, when and where we want, we chose to become certified teachers. This is NOT the solution for everyone - but has worked VERY well for us. I retired in June, and between playing, teaching lessons, and school, was making over a hundred grand MYSELF. New teachers here ( 100 miles north of NYC) start just under fifty grand. The jerk who said that musicians are "too lazy to major in something that PAYS" clearly has not read this week's NY Times. People who have been let go from Wall St. are now trying to get a foot in the door, by getting on the SUB list in schools. Benefits are great, and FINALLY the money is decent - I started for $5800 (that's right!) a year in 1971. SO - we are retired in our fifties, and can now pursue our PASSION as much as we want - and we travel, can afford great instruments, have a great house AND vacation property, a huge library of recorded and printed music, etc. We worked our BUTTS off to get here. When we play jobs with people who majored in performance, many of them are still struggling - they are going to be dragging that cello around until they are 80, because they HAVE to - no steady salary, no insurance. And they look down on *teachers*, as weaker players???? HAH!!!!!!!!!!!!! It all depends on what you find comfortable in life. My chiropractor would live in a shack on the beach of he could - for all his wonderful education and skills, he needs very little of material goods. We are reasonably modest - and reasonably comfortable. We have NO debt - zip, zero - and there is nothing in life that I do not have that I do not want ( except the new knee I am getting this Thursday - not what I had in mind for a Valentine's gift . . ). Some of the BEST musicians I know, after their excellent musical training, went to school AGAIN to become engineers, chemists, biologists - heck, there is an ENTIRE ORCHESTRA in NY made up of only doctors! Suffering is not noble - it is sometimes the result of poor planning. The "but it's my PASSION" thing only goes so far - plan for success - go with your strengths in life, get ALL The fine education you can, and pursue you passions as much as you can. I wish you MUCH luck - but LUCK favors the well-prepared.

I imagine there are some seniors out there who are feeling pretty good right now, with just one more year to go. And no matter what grade you’re in, some of you are probably wishing it were still summer, and you could’ve stayed in bed just a little longer this morning. I know that feeling. When I was young, my family lived in Indonesia for a few years, and my mother didn’t have the money to send me where all the American kids went to school. So she decided to teach me extra lessons herself, Monday through Friday – at 4:30 in the morning. Now I wasn’t too happy about getting up that early. A lot of times, I’d fall asleep right there at the kitchen table. But whenever I’d complain, my mother would just give me one of those looks and say, "This is no picnic for me either, buster." So I know some of you are still adjusting to being back at school. But I’m here today because I have something important to discuss with you. I’m here because I want to talk with you about your education and what’s expected of all of you in this new school year. Now I’ve given a lot of speeches about education. And I’ve talked a lot about responsibility.I’ve talked about your teachers’ responsibility for inspiring you, and pushing you to learn. I’ve talked about your parents’ responsibility for making sure you stay on track, and get your homework done, and don’t spend every waking hour in front of the TV or with that Xbox. I’ve talked a lot about your government’s responsibility for setting high standards, supporting teachers and principals, and turning around schools that aren’t working where students aren’t getting the opportunities they deserve. Of course you are making the assumption that this text was what he intended to say, as this text that you cling to is produced after it was clear that he was going to be watched closely as to what he says. I am Dem, lifelong, pretty liberal on most issues, and I voted for Obama. I can only say to you do never crawl at the heel's of any politician and perhaps especially Obama as he has shown to not be very forthright or honest and to be very old time political (not Change at all). He campaigned for office for two yrs at which time he prayed and swayed and told us how different he was than anything that came before him, he was great, he was the uniter. Except that after being elected we find that he did not even visit all states in the Union, in two yrs, he never made it to all states, first candidate ever in the moderna era to not visit all states. He won 25 states, thats hardly uniting, Bush did better than that. And in two yrs he never mentioned what burning issue he would attack first when in office. Was it the economy? No. Was it health care? No. Within two days of being in office, he issued an Executive Order, his first, to close the Gitmo Bay and return the terrorists to their homes countries. Except that they are terrorists and they killed their fellow countrymen too so they were not wanted there. He never mentioned that in two yrs of campaigning. Why not? Because it might change some voters minds so he had a hidden agenda and never mentioned it in two yrs on the stump. Change? Hardly. Of course the Senate with its huge Dem majority voted 96-4 to stop that Executive Order. So was he honest with them or with us? No, and there are many other examples. So when you write this new text and say look how pure he is, I think you are just being a sucker for a politician. You want it to be true but surely you must know that this is not the orginal text which he said would encompass health care. He said that, but its nowhere in there is it? People who support Obama seems to be hung up on seeing him, and really just want to be part of that group and to diss those they call conservatives. Liberals and conservatives do not make a pimple on this country's butt, they just make noise and pound on their chests like bowling team members. In fact, moderates elect Presidents and that is why we have Republican Presidents as well as Dem Presidents even though Dems outnumber Republicans in registration. But most Dems are moderates too as are most Republicans. Obama was a vote for Change by fair minded, tolerant Americans and he has failed that trust. So don't wave stuff this around as though its true because nothing that comes from a politician's mouth is likely to be true, its just gamesmanship. If thats what you like you are just as bad as some fake patriot flag waiving person calling themself a conservative. Just the same. The rest of us are just looking for someone who won't harm us too much. Obama is not that guy no matter how much you hope and wish and chant. He has been an incredible failure so far, no matter how much his supporters claim. You can't spend your whole time chanting BBBBBUSH. We spent a trillion dollars on the economy, mostly giving it to CEOs and Wall Street bankers (hardly man of the people stuff there) and it has made it worse. He printed us a trillion dollars of debt that will take us years to pay back (yeah its not real money its just new debt). Chant BBUSSSH all you want, Obama took the gauntlet and promised much and has been well below average. And he has proven that he is not trustworthy. If his health care bill had merit, he would not have tried to push it through Congress without debate or even allowing it to be read or the public to even know what it was. Thats not how the man of the people does business, thats slimy political conduct, power politics and he is reaping what he has sown, mistrust.

And no matter what grade you’re in, some of you are probably wishing it were still summer, and you could’ve stayed in bed just a little longer this morning. I know that feeling. When I was young, my family lived in Indonesia for a few years, and my mother didn’t have the money to send me where all the American kids went to school. So she decided to teach me extra lessons herself, Monday through Friday – at 4:30 in the morning. Now I wasn’t too happy about getting up that early. A lot of times, I’d fall asleep right there at the kitchen table. But whenever I’d complain, my mother would just give me one of those looks and say, "This is no picnic for me either, buster." So I know some of you are still adjusting to being back at school. But I’m here today because I have something important to discuss with you. I’m here because I want to talk with you about your education and what’s expected of all of you in this new school year. Now I’ve given a lot of speeches about education. And I’ve talked a lot about responsibility.I’ve talked about your teachers’ responsibility for inspiring you, and pushing you to learn. Of course you are making the assumption that this text was what he intended to say, as this text that you cling to is produced after it was clear that he was going to be watched closely as to what he says. I am Dem, lifelong, pretty liberal on most issues, and I voted for Obama. I can only say to you do never crawl at the heel's of any politician and perhaps especially Obama as he has shown to not be very forthright or honest and to be very old time political (not Change at all). He campaigned for office for two yrs at which time he prayed and swayed and told us how different he was than anything that came before him, he was great, he was the uniter. Except that after being elected we find that he did not even visit all states in the Union, in two yrs, he never made it to all states, first candidate ever in the moderna era to not visit all states. He won 25 states, thats hardly uniting, Bush did better than that. And in two yrs he never mentioned what burning issue he would attack first when in office. Was it the economy? No. Was it health care? No. Within two days of being in office, he issued an Executive Order, his first, to close the Gitmo Bay and return the terrorists to their homes countries. Except that they are terrorists and they killed their fellow countrymen too so they were not wanted there. He never mentioned that in two yrs of campaigning. Why not? Because it might change some voters minds so he had a hidden agenda and never mentioned it in two yrs on the stump. Change? Hardly. Of course the Senate with its huge Dem majority voted 96-4 to stop that Executive Order. So was he honest with them or with us? No, and there are many other examples. So when you write this new text and say look how pure he is, I think you are just being a sucker for a politician. You want it to be true but surely you must know that this is not the orginal text which he said would encompass health care. He said that, but its nowhere in there is it? People who support Obama seems to be hung up on seeing him, and really just want to be part of that group and to diss those they call conservatives. Liberals and conservatives do not make a pimple on this country's butt, they just make noise and pound on their chests like bowling team members. In fact, moderates elect Presidents and that is why we have Republican Presidents as well as Dem Presidents even though Dems outnumber Republicans in registration. But most Dems are moderates too as are most Republicans. Obama was a vote for Change by fair minded, tolerant Americans and he has failed that trust. So don't wave stuff this around as though its true because nothing that comes from a politician's mouth is likely to be true, its just gamesmanship. If thats what you like you are just as bad as some fake patriot flag waiving person calling themself a conservative. Just the same. The rest of us are just looking for someone who won't harm us too much. Obama is not that guy no matter how much you hope and wish and chant. He has been an incredible failure so far, no matter how much his supporters claim. You can't spend your whole time chanting BBBBBUSH. We spent a trillion dollars on the economy, mostly giving it to CEOs and Wall Street bankers (hardly man of the people stuff there) and it has made it worse. He printed us a trillion dollars of debt that will take us years to pay back (yeah its not real money its just new debt). Chant BBUSSSH all you want, Obama took the gauntlet and promised much and has been well below average. And he has proven that he is not trustworthy. If his health care bill had merit, he would not have tried to push it through Congress without debate or even allowing it to be read or the public to even know what it was. Thats not how the man of the people does business, thats slimy political conduct, power politics and he is reaping what he has sown, mistrust.

Those are just the latest published "prepared remarks." If that is all there was to it, he could have taped it, let people see it ahead of time, and then played in schools at the school's leisure. I hope to tape it to see what his "off-script" remarks are.

Are we all living meaningless lives within humanities artificial constructs?
Are we all living meaningless lives within humanities artificial constructs?
Why do we need to live our lives to the fullest potential? I have done many things and achieved no real sense of satisfaction from them. I've become bored with pleasure and with pain. What does it really matter if you can achieve anything, help somebody else or believe in yourself? Recently I have been trying many new things in the hope of discovering a new desire or something novel that I will find something worth pursuing and ultimately fulfilling. I have worked for many charities as a volunteer; I have studied and practiced religions, finance and the sciences. I have utilized many of these tools and I've also developed good social skills that have helped me get better and better jobs right up to becoming a wealthy director of my own companies. To add to the conditioned social framework I have also engaged in creative pursuits like drawing, music, drama, authoring and sculpture. Now I am not claiming to be the best in any of these pursuits. It's important to me that I've tried them and experienced them for myself in my quest to discover something I'm actually interested in. Something with enough gravity to convince me life has any real meaning. I am 40 now and I've had plenty of stimulation in my life. Everything from sex to drugs to rock and roll. I've engaged in public speaking and also in meditation and yogic breathing. I don't want to do these things any more because they become totally boring in their addictiveness. I've experimented with sex and social relationships extensively and it all leads to boredom in the end. Especially when you're making someone else happy. The outcome of all these experiences I conclude to be pointless, apart from proving I am addicted to selfishness. I still draw a giant blank when I think about my life and everybody else’s. I think other people must be in denial if they think playing a violin, being a celebrity, preaching like a pope or running a country actually has a point in this vast universe. They're all artificial and abstract. The only mean anything to the artificial fabric of humanity. I mean we all engage ourselves in what are essentially meaningless activities for what reason? It only means something to us because we pretend it has. The universe doesn't care about humanity or idea about meaning. Great stars devour and destroy each other all over the universe. If nature wants to eradicate us with something like a huge volcanic eruption or if we do it to ourselves with global warming or GM foods it doesn't really matter. It doesn't matter if you are Mother Teresa, John Travolta, Tiger Woods, Mozart, Einstein or the nobody next door. Legacy ultimately stands for nothing apart from in the artificial minds of human collective memory. Ultimately nothing is fulfilling to anybody because whatever you and your society create will be loved and hated at the same time. Think of everything; population explosion, war, religion, politics, capitalism, consumerism, GM foods, drugs, antibiotics, pesticides, consumerism. It would take 8 planet earths to give everybody the same lifestyle that we have in the developed world and I'm nowhere near happy. The fact that so many people are starving in Africa, India and Indonesia is because they're growing food for us (those with money and power). Also because we're turning their worlds into desert through deforestation and water shortages so they can grow crops to support our artificial way of life; for us to have furniture and fuel for our cars. What a pointless world? Even if everybody had equal access to resources the point of living in the grand universe is still pointless. We are all in this rat run working jobs most of us hate to buy things most of us don't need. It's a living nightmare. So we may amuse ourselves with gadgets and technology other human life gets ignored. So what's the point? Collectively we are doing a pretty good job of destroying the only known environment for our future generations so there's no real purpose to our lives. Even if we did clean up our act for future generations, unimaginable events in the future are bound to wipe us out like the 99.9% of all previous life that existed on Earth that's now extinct. The Sun stops shining one day and we'll all cease to exist. If it's all hopeless then our existence is futile so what's the point. Any advice out there for somebody like me or am I just mad?

In the end, we are all nothing but dust. So, since I am constructed to act in ways that I find personally fulfilling and pleasurable, I will do so. It is clear (to me) that neither I nor anyone else has ever been given the meaning of life, so until that happens, I'm just going to wing it.

I have days like that and even whole years when I have felt that way. But the Tibetans have a proverb that says (loosely translated) "the more I try to make myself happy, the unhappier I become, The more I try to make others happy, the happier I become." The key is to stop being self-absorbed. Forget about yourself or what makes you happy. Instead make the focus on making someone else happy. It may be little things like smiling at someone, letting an elderly person go before you in a store line, etc. Or you can choose some causes that you are passionate about. It took me a while but I found two I really like. Teresa Charity (non-denominational) that provides bags of rice to the elderly and sick in Vietnam and Cambodia. For $21 a month, you can feed 7 people. The overhead is almost nothing. I enjoy thinking of how many people are eating today because I wanted to help. I remind myself every day that some people don't have enough to eat. But that is only sending money and I wanted to do more. So I found Thistle Farms. It's a working lavendar farm where products are made from the harvests. The women are former prostitutes, drug addicts, abused, etc. It's a live-in recovery program that teaches them behavior modification, life skills, coping methods but also teaches them how to run a business, write a resume, get jobs, dress for success, etc. Upon graduation, they are assisted with jobs and a place to live and on-going support. They have a very high success rate because of the multiple programs involved. I can help with other things besides money. I can teach a business class, help with selecting clothes, find donors for the various needs; it's one where I can get really get involved and make a difference in someone's life. Plus I can use my imagination. Like putting together Easter baskets for the women. Most have never had one. I'm not pushing my charities but just telling you what worked for me. Every day I think of other people, not just myself. I'm set. I've done just about everything I've wanted to. So what else is there? I can share what I have or what I have learned as well. You have to really think about what makes you passionate. What would make you love to get up in the morning and get going? Then do that thing.

I think about this stuff too. Sometimes it makes me feel like I'm leading a purposeful life by helping others. Then I realize how self-centered even that is. We help others to feel better about our lives, to get a sense of pride in what good people we are. lol This is all true. There is no point to any of it. It's mind-boggling really. ☼
