Peace Corps "recruits" become "Trainees" as soon as they stage and fly out. After 3 months of training they are "Peace Corps Volunteers". They serve for 2 years with an option to re-up. Most of them don't. It would be "B" or "A", but whoever wrote that question didn't know very much. I served in Malaysia, one country over from Indonesia.
