How Can I bring an Indonesian maid to America?

How Can I bring an Indonesian maid to America?
I am Indonesian (mostly) and I grew up with 4 housemaids and 2 drivers. It's actually common in my country. I would like to have an Indonesian maid as well from Indonesia, but... 1. I was wondering how you can bring them to America. 2. Where do I find them? I mean what agency can I look online? And for those of you asking, the housemaids in Indonesia does not wear a uniform. They do live in our house and we pay them of course. I'm not lazy or anything, but I would like to work to make more money for our family and will be needing the extra help. Thank you. Hi Guys, It's not a matter of what's cheaper and stuff. It's just that having a maid that's the same ethnic as mine would be beneficial as they understand our culture, food and how Indonesians raise their children. And for those who gave an ignorant answer, please don't bother answering. America is made up of people from all over the world. Thanks.

I don't think you can. You would have to pay them prevailing wage (which basically means you probably will spend as much on salary as you yourself earn). You would have to show that you can't find an US citizen able and willing to do the job. Which won't happen. Hire a local cleaning woman or local babysitter for a few hours, will be much cheaper and easier.

well, that would depend. If you are a US citizen or a green card holder, you won't be able to do it. however, if you are an Indonesian citizen and here in some sort of nonimmmigrant status, you could have her apply for a B1 visa. you would need to have a contract with her showing that you will pay at least minimum wage and some evidence of your ability to pay that. there's no guarantee that it would be approved though.
